* I woke up really early with H, and pootered before the girls got up at 9ish (although B was reading The House At Plum Creek in bed), so I let K have my laptop and B had the other machine til screens-off at 10am. I did laundry and the outside animals and watered the veges, and H pottered on the deck.
* B built some beautiful sandcastles and both she and K spent ages in the garden. I did more laundry and weeding, and H spent more time playing on the deck (his favourite place atm).
* K watched some Playschool episodes burned to DVD and played outside, B did some book work, H had a nap for a while and I read a book in the blessed peace!
* I read to K for a bit, B put away the drying up, I mulched the patio bathtub and the planter boxes on the deck while H ate mint and bounced on the trampoline and had nappy-free time. I weeded some more of the back path and found the biggest worm I’ve ever seen.
* I thought H might want another nap so we went upstairs; K came too and made a big mess and played with a non-sleepy H while I at least had a lie-down.
* B and I looked at LOLcats then she played on Horse Isle, K played in the garden or pottered about, H pottered and/or whinged
* B took both of them outside for 15mins to give me a quick break, also brought in the washing from the line, which I had been asking her to do virtually since she got up…
* we all played hide-and-seek in the dark, then E came home and took H up to bed, B went back to the ‘puter, and K played with her doll.
