Hugh: 1-on-1 swimming class, then went up to Huonville with Eric and spent all his accumulated pocket money on lollies. He’s been discussing various ways to portion them out so he doesn’t eat them all at once.
Hugh: wants to set up some kind of way of gamifying exercise by assigning point values to sedentary activities, then tracking the points and completing a certain amount of exercise accordingly. I showed him my weekly dashboard on Trello and he was enthusiastic about starting to use this program to track his projects.

I borrowed Gordon Ramsay’s World Kitchen, which he is now reading and planning his next Cook For The Day experience.
